History

The Firm now known as Bottar Leone, PLLC, is central New York's largest law firm dedicated to representing injured patients, workers, motorists and consumers. 

Founded in 1983, the Firm enjoys a hard-earned reputation as one of New York's preeminent personal injury law firms with a history of record recoveries for thousands of seriously injured clients and their families, including one of the largest plaintiff's personal injury verdicts in New York State history ($47,700,000.00).

For more than three decades, the Firm's legal team has pioneered cutting-edge legal theories to maximize results for its clients, such as the creation of new law in 2003, when the Firm persuaded the New York State Court of Appeals - the State's highest court - to allow expert testimony in support of the res ipsa loquitur doctrine in medical malpractice cases (see States v. Lourdes Hospital, 100 N.Y.2d 208 (2003)).
