100% Plaintiffs' Lawyers
Who We Are:
- Our practice is limited to the representation of the catastrophically injured.
- We represent only injured plaintiffs and/or their families.
- 100% of our practice hinges on the success of the cases we prosecute for our clients. Like our clients, we have everything riding on the outcome of our cases - outcomes which turn on our ability to secure recoveries year-after-year, since 1983. Because we depend on our clients as much as our clients depend on us, our clients can rest assured that we will never sell them short.
- We handle more serious and complex matters than most firms. In turn, we have developed an extensive database of information available to us on the value of claims, including what similar cases have settled for and/or what juries have awarded. Stated differently, we know through experience and research what your claim is worth.
- We have medical-legal experts working in/from our office(s).
- We handle more personal injury matters than law firms that do plaintiff and defense work and, in turn, have established relationships with experts who provide us with negotiated rates that save our clients money.
- We are accustomed to contingency fee compensation (as opposed to hourly billing), seldom require a monetary retainer, and have decades of experience managing cash flow needs that are integral to preparing a case for trial (i.e., we are not afraid to spend to win).
- We do not do defense work. Meaning, no attorneys at the Firm defend insurance companies, the negligent, or those who have committed malpractice.
- We are not a "TV" or "radio" law firm." Because we believe that our results speak for themselves, we do not have a jingle, talk show, billboard, or amusing ad.
- We are not a personal injury "mill." In fact, we do not investigate 9 out of 10 calls to our office. Instead, we limit our cases to maximize results.
- We are not satisfied with recovering pennies on the dollar. We will not settle your case overnight before we (or you) know the full extent of your damages and including, for example, whether you will need additional medical care one, two, or even three years down the road.
- We do not believe that the justice system is a lottery.
- We are not a law firm that is hesitant to take the appropriate case to trial before a jury. We trust the community to hear our case and make the correct decision.
- We have handled more personal injury matters than law firms that split their time and, in turn, are infinitely more familiar with losses suffered by people from all walks of life. While our practice centers in and around Central New York, our clients, and our clients’ families, live throughout the United States.
