Mr. Mastroleo's practice focuses on cases sounding in medical malpractice, workplace accident, motor vehicle, wrongful death and severe personal injury matters.

Mr. Mastroleo is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude, and Syracuse University, summa cum laude. He has achieved an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the organization's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He has also been named to the Upstate New York Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list, and was been recognized in 2015 as one of New York's "Top 100" trial lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Mastroleo is a past member and Associate Notes and Comments Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, which published his note "Does The Fourth Amendment Protect Cordless Telephone Communications, And If So, When?" In addition to the Syracuse Law Review, he is a past member of the Syracuse University College of Law Moot Court Honor Society, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and the Justinian Honorary Law Society.

Mr. Mastroleo is a member of the board of directors of David's Refuge, Inc., a non-profit bed and breakfast retreat for parents and guardians who care for children with special needs or life threatening medical conditions. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Syracuse University Mary Ann Shaw Center for Public and Community Service, and the Breakfast Committee for the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center.

Mr. Mastroleo began his career as a litigation associate in the Syracuse office of Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC, where he represented individuals and businesses in variety of matters, including commercial disputes, property disputes, and personal injury claims.

Mr. Mastroleo was born and raised in Solvay, New York, and presently resides in Manlius with his wife, Jillian, a registered nurse, and their children.
