Mr. Leone has more than twenty years of trial experience in all areas of personal injury litigation, including automobile, construction site, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability and insurance coverage cases, with a particular emphasis on jobsite/workplace injuries.  He has successfully represented hundreds of clients with devastating injuries and economic losses throughout New York State and, recognized as one of the Top Trial Lawyers In America, he has earned a life membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He is also an experienced real estate attorney.

Mr. Leone is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America).  He has spoken at numerous legal and non-legal functions. 

Mr. Leone is active in the Syracuse community and is a strong supporter of high school athletics.  He has been an Assistant Coach for the Christian Brothers Academy Varsity Boys Basketball Team since 1990, and is regularly involved in the American Cancer Society's Coaches vs. Cancer Challenge.
