Several of the Bottar Leone, PLLC, attorneys have been Martindale Hubbell peer review rated.  Peer review ratings are an indicator legal ability and ethical standards.  There are two components to a rating: ethical standards and legal ability.  A lawyer must receive a "V" for ethics in order to be eligible for ability review.  Upon receipt of a "'V," a lawyers ability is graded "A," "B," or "C."  An AV® rating signifies the highest level of professional excellence for a lawyer admitted to the bar more than 10 years.  A BV® rating signifies an excellent rating.  It is the highest rating for an attorney admitted 5-9 years.  A CV® rating signifies above-average ability and unquestionable ethics.  It is the highest rating for an attorney admitted 3-4 years.
